Order Inspection

Please inspect your products within 5 days of receipt. While most of the time our products arrive in wonderful condition, occasionally there will be a shipping or material issue. In order for us to honor warranties and work with our shipper, we need to have timely information on any issue.  Please keep all packaging material if you find an issue with your order.

Product Damage

If the product you received was damaged during shipping, please keep all products and packaging materials. To honor a damage claim, the shipping company may return to inspect or pickup the damaged product and packaging. Any shipping damage reported later than 5 business days may not be covered and could require you to pay for the replacement product.

Please report any damage within 5 days by emailing info@mckennapro.com, calling 1-800-238-3456 or by using our online chat via the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of this screen.

The photos we will need of the damaged packaging and album to submit a claim with the shipping carrier as as follows:

  • A photo of the damaged product.
  • A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with the original cushioning. (The picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box.)
  • A photo of the packaging material used inside the box. (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)
  • A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number. (Please zoom in enough to read the tracking number, which usually begins with 1Z.)
  • Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package. (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides.)
Please keep any packaging and cartons as they may be required for a claim.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Each and every order is custom made for you, our client. Because of this, we cannot honor refunds or accept returns and exchanges. However, we do stand behind our craftsmanship.  Please contact customer service if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

Be sure to follow all ordering instructions on file naming, sizing, resolution requirements, and color space.
